Qualifications

• HVAC repair experience required.
• Electrical and plumbing repair skills desired.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• High School/GED or ability to read, write and follow directions.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Positive attitude toward the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain records as instructed.
• Carry out building and equipment repairs per work orders.
• Run fire safety equipment tests under supervision.
• Inspect building systems and log findings.
• Coordinate maintenance services with managers to avoid interruptions.
• Perform carpentry, drywall, flooring and painting as needed.
• Keep building in good repair and compliant with laws.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
