Job summary

Qualifications

• Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain)
• Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
• Tuberculosis Testing
• Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
• Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
• Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English

Responsibilities

• The Maintenance Assistant works under the direction of the Maintenance Manager or Environmental Services Manager.
• The Maintenance Assistant assists with facility maintenance and assists in maintaining the physical environment, including offices, common areas and resident rooms.
