Job summary

Haven Health Green Valley, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the Maintenance Manager with facility upkeep across offices, common areas and resident rooms at our Green Valley, AZ location.

Responsibilities include assisting with environmental services, basic maintenance tasks, and ensuring a clean, safe environment for residents and staff. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass health screenings as required.

Description

The Maintenance Assistant works under the direction of the Maintenance Manager or Environmental Services Manager. The Maintenance Assistant assists with facility maintenance and assists in maintaining the the physical environment, including offices, common areas and resident rooms.

Requirements

• Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain)
• Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
• Tuberculosis Testing
• Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
• Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
• Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English
