GEORGE MARK CHILDREN'S HOUSE is seeking a Facilities Engineer responsible for overseeing maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems within a healthcare setting. The role emphasizes safety, compliance with Title 24 California standards, OSHA requirements, and collaboration with the DOO to manage budgets and risks.

Qualifications

• At least five years of building engineering/facilities maintenance experience in healthcare or similar building systems.
• BA, BS or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, efficiency, and comfort by combining daily operational checks with technical maintenance.
• Manage warranties and service contracts for equipment and systems.
• Assist in development and management of facilities budget with DOO.
• Lead risk assessment and develop short/long-term maintenance plans.
• Oversee building projects, renovations, or refurbishments and procure permits.
