Women's Care is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Engineer to maintain clinics' equipment, facilities and building structures under the Facilities Director. The role focuses on managing work orders, performing preventive maintenance and ensuring safety across all locations.

Requirements include 5+ years in facilities maintenance and certifications in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing or Drywall Framing, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently or in a team.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Certification in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing or Drywall Framing.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Preferred degree in Engineering or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Learn, apply, prioritize, and manage work order requests using Facility Maintenance Work Request systems.
• Oversee building maintenance including projects, safety evaluations, preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Identify and correct potential health and safety hazards at locations.
• Coordinate with external contractors for repairs.
• Select, order, install or manage repairs of building systems and equipment.
• Understand Building Mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing and electrical distribution.
• Evaluate and manage repairs of Life Safety systems (fire alarms, emergency lighting, power).
• Manage exterior lighting, irrigation systems and control timers.
• Follow building evaluation programs aligned with OSHA Safety Guidelines.
• Assist with office moves and basic workstation setups.
• Adhere to Women's Care mission and HIPAA rules.
