Job summary

Remedy Medical Properties in Bellaire, TX seeks a skilled facilities maintenance professional to operate, inspect, and repair HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, life safety and related systems across healthcare properties. You will coordinate and oversee vendor work, ensure safety and code compliance, and maintain strong relationships with tenants.

This role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, independent work ethic, and proficiency with Microsoft software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct or related experience and/or equivalent experience/education.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, establish workflow priorities.
• Able to physically perform duties at the speed, mobility, and force necessary to the task.
• Proficient in Microsoft based software.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-intensity environments with accurate results.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, maintain, service and repair all mechanical, electrical, lighting, plumbing, life safety and related systems.
• Coordinate and oversee outsourced/vendor work, review scope, schedule services, supervise until completion.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for tenants and maintain open communication.
• Ensure tools, equipment and literature are available and used appropriately.
• Respond to tenant service requests promptly and monitor building automation for adjustments.
• Coordinate on-site construction activities and assist contractors in engineering tasks.
