Job summary

Remedy Medical Properties is seeking an experienced on-site Maintenance Technician in Seattle to operate, inspect, maintain and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems across healthcare properties. You will coordinate with vendors, oversee contractor work, and serve as the primary contact for tenants to sustain comfort and safety.

The role requires 5+ years of related experience, the ability to multitask and work independently, and proficiency with Microsoft-based software.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, maintain, service and repair mechanical and electrical systems
• Coordinate and oversee vendor work and contractors
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for tenants and maintain open communication
• Monitor building automation system and respond to HVAC requests
• Assist in budget process and securing bids
• Interface with leasing team and prospective tenants
