Job summary

Riverwood Healthcare Center seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to maintain building systems, boilers, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, ensuring compliance with regulations and energy management controls. A valid Second Class “B” Boilers License and a valid driver’s license are required, with 3 years of facilities experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Second Class 'B' Boilers License.
• Must have valid Driver's License.
• 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, or related trade such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC preferred.
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal building codes and regulatory compliance standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC to ensure safe, functional operations.
• Respond to facility needs and document work performed.
• Coordinate with Plant Operations leadership to minimize disruption to patient care and facility operations.
• Operate boilers and energy management controls in compliance with AHJ regulations.
• Support after-hours, weekend, and on-call needs as required.
