Job summary

Avow Hospice in Naples, FL, seeks a Facilities leader to direct maintenance of facilities and properties, oversee operations, and manage the facilities staff. You will develop annual budgets, monitor PMI schedules, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with auditors and surveyors to support patient care operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, a Florida driver's license, and strong leadership with experience in budget management and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year university.
• Working knowledge of hospice regulations, AHCA regulations and The Joint Commission Standards.
• Current Florida Driver's License.
• Experience supervising facilities staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance of facilities and properties.
• Oversee building operations, including repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance of systems.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets.
• Develop and maintain schedules for preventative maintenance.
• Responsible for hiring, training, and management of facilities staff.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations and safety standards.
• Review and assign work orders and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Facilitate audits and surveys to ensure information is available.
