This executive will oversee critical infrastructure, preventive maintenance, utilities, life-safety systems, emergency preparedness, construction coordination, vendor relationships, sustainability efforts, capital planning, and compliance with applicable healthcare standards. The Director of Facilities will also strengthen operational processes, promote continuous improvement, and ensure that Plant Operations consistently supports exceptional patient care.The AVP Plant Operations will report to senior hospital leadership and serve as a strategic partner across clinical, administrative, engineering, environmental, and support departments. Backed by experienced facilities personnel and organizational resources, the AVP Plant Operations will guide daily operations, develop and mentor team members, manage budgets and projects, evaluate performance metrics, and support accreditation readiness.
