Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance in healthcare or LTC settings is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and Life Safety Code requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot building systems and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all building systems, maintenance operations, and repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure full regulatory compliance (state, federal, CMS, Life Safety Code).
• Supervise and develop the maintenance team, fostering accountability and pride in workmanship.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, inspections, and capital projects.
• Lead emergency preparedness and safety initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to support a clean, safe, and home-like environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
