Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred; other fields may be considered.
• Five+ years of project development, management and coordination experience, preferably in health care.
• No licensure credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate activities for Operations and Construction.
• Provide contract administration to satisfy regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with Finance and Materials Management on project reporting and procurement.
• Maintain contact with vendors and external regulatory agencies; oversee CMMS program.
• Occasionally work long or irregular hours based on projects.
