Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is seeking an Executive Chef in Harlingen, TX to oversee all culinary functions for a dining account. Relocation assistance is available, and you will lead a team while ensuring safety and sanitation across the operation.

You will manage cost controls, plan menus, purchase and manage inventory, and roll out new culinary programs in coordination with marketing and culinary teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of culinary management experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Healthcare/Acute care culinary experience highly preferred.
• Experience managing cost controls.
