Job summary

Ridgeview is seeking an Environmental Services staff member to maintain a clean and welcoming environment for patients and families. You will perform routine cleaning in patient and non-patient areas, adhering to infection control policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include carpet care, linen distribution, and assisting with other duties as needed. A team-oriented approach and the ability to work independently are essential in this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans patient and non-patient areas to high standards of cleanliness.
• Follows infection control policies to minimize transmission of microorganisms.
• Uses cleaning chemicals and PPE properly for safety.
• Vacuums, shampoos and extracts carpets.
• Distributes clean linen and maintains PAR levels.
• Washes and dries specialty linen items in house.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
