Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking an Environmental Services Operations Manager to support hospital housekeeping leadership and direct front-line staff. You will liaise with administration and hospital departments to deliver high-quality service.

The role emphasizes shift planning, staff development, inspections, and regular reporting. Candidates should have supervisory healthcare housekeeping experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree or equivalent required.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or service-related field with high customer contact.
• Experience in healthcare housekeeping or facility maintenance preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities.
• Ability to work a day shift (Mon-Fri) with weekend/holiday rotation.
• Willingness to work a 10 hour day regularly.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and reviews standards and procedures for Housekeeping staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Assists in hiring, interviewing and training of new associates.
• Orients, develops and supervises staff.
• Conducts inspections and makes facility recommendations.
• Monthly reporting of goals and plans.
• Coordinate outside services ( Pest Control, Window Cleaning, etc.).
• Maintain organization in a changing environment.
