As an enrolled college student, you will develop professional skills, contribute to safety and quality, and explore a potential Accelerated Manager path after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled college/university junior or senior.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Windows-based MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Execute operational standards
• Support department safety and maintain a safe work environment
• Respond to concerns with urgency and correct issues
• Maintain facility security integrity
• Identify and correct quality concerns; timely follow-up
• Contribute creativity to Crothall Healthcare program
• Ensure staff orientation and ongoing training
• Provide guidance and motivation to associates
• Handle special projects as assigned
