• Experience communicating effectively in written and oral form
• Comfort with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Interest in Crothall Accelerated Manager Program after graduation

Responsibilities

• Execute operational standards
• Participate in department safety and maintain a safe work environment
• Respond to concerns and requests with urgency and take corrective action
• Ensure facility security integrity
• Identify and correct facility quality assurance concerns; follow up as needed
• Provide creativity and innovation within Crothall Healthcare program
• Ensure staff receive orientation and ongoing training
• Provide guidance and motivation to associates to reach potential
• Handle special requests or projects as assigned
