Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is seeking an Environmental Services Floor Care Team Lead to oversee floor care operations across multiple campuses. The role combines hands-on maintenance with day-to-day leadership of Floor Care Technicians to ensure clean, safe facilities for clients and staff.

The position requires 2+ years in floor care and 3+ years of leadership, with travel between KMHS campuses and a focus on infection prevention and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE: Two years of floor care and maintenance in the last five years.
• Leadership experience directing staff and maintaining quality standards for at least three years.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between KMHS campuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction to Floor Care Technicians.
• Coordinate floor care assignments across KMHS locations.
• Train staff on techniques, equipment use, and safety.
• Monitor quality and ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and project work.
