Job summary
Kitsap Mental Health Services in Bremerton, WA is seeking an Environmental Services Floor Care Team Lead to supervise floor care across campuses. The role blends hands-on maintenance with daily leadership of Floor Care Technicians to keep facilities clean, safe, and well maintained for clients, staff and visitors.

Qualifications
- Two years of recent floor care experience.
- Three years of leadership experience directing staff and workload.
- Ability to train staff on techniques and safety.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily direction and guidance to Floor Care Technicians.
- Coordinate floor care assignments across KMHS locations.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure work meets agency expectations.
- Train staff on floor care techniques, equipment operation, safety procedures, and infection prevention.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to Floor Care Technicians.
- Assist with workflow coordination, staffing coverage, and scheduling needs.
- Travel between KMHS campuses to complete assigned work.
- Work with the EVS Supervisor to coordinate daily operations and special projects.
- Perform advanced floor care and carpet maintenance.
