Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Housekeeping & Environmental Services Specialist for a full-time day shift in Leesburg, Virginia. The role covers general janitorial work, floor care, and basic repairs to keep the facility clean and safe.

In this position you will manage supplies, coordinate with vendors as needed, and ensure compliance with safety standards. A high school diploma and 2 years in housekeeping are preferred, with health facility experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years experience in housekeeping/janitorial cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Facility Maintenance & Operations: perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot cleaning equipment.
• Inventory & Supply Management: order supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Compliance & Environment of Care: report safety and compliance concerns.
• Facility Cleanliness & Upkeep: maintain floors, restrooms, and general cleanliness.
