Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is hiring an Environmental Services & Facilities Technician in Leesburg, VA, to perform housekeeping, general maintenance, and minor repairs. You will support facility operations, manage inventories, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring safety and cleanliness across the site.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 2 years in housekeeping/janitorial cleaning, knowledge of cleaning practices and floor care, and compliance with vaccination and background-check

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years experience in housekeeping/janitorial cleaning.
• Knowledge of cleaning best practices and floor care.
• Mandatory vaccination policy with documentation or approved exemption.
• Virginia Fingerprint Clearance.
• Must pass VA DBHDS background check.
• Must pass VA DSS Central Registry Search.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance to keep equipment and facility operations running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot cleaning equipment issues and resolve root causes.
• Respond to repair and maintenance tickets in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with external vendors for outsourced repairs and follow up on resolutions.
• Oversee floor care vendor performance.
• Order housekeeping and EVS supplies, monitor inventory levels, and report on supply status.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain overall facility cleanliness including floors, restrooms, and windows.
