Job summary

BSG Maintenance is seeking an EVS - Driver/Custodian for healthcare environments in Oconomowoc, WI. The role supports transportation of linens, cleaning, and resident interactions while upholding high sanitation standards.

You will work Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm, with weekends/holidays possible. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a caregiver background check and a 10-panel drug screen are required to ensure patient safety and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries: Transportation of Linens and Supplies between facilities.
• Trash Removal: Carpet extraction, Vacuuming, Trash removal.
• Cleaning: Scrubbing and buffing hard floors; housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Reporting: Report maintenance or repair issues to supervisor.
• Resident/Client Interaction: Be polite and helpful to residents and clients, promptly addressing requests.
• Compliance: Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and Residents' Rights and Community Policies.
