The ERP Developer will design, customize, and maintain ERP systems for healthcare operations, integrating systems, and automating workflows spanning billing, scheduling, patient management, and admin processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL queries.
• Excellent debugging, schema design, and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ERP modules for healthcare operations.
• Build workflows for billing, scheduling, and admin processes.
• Enhance ERP functionality for multi-tenant SaaS.
• Optimize database queries and interface speed.
• Integrate ERP with central cloud platforms.
• Connect resource ledgers with EHR/EMR databases.
• Build secure APIs for internal data exchange.
• Maintain synchronization across platform nodes.
• Automate clinic procurement and billing pipelines.
• Improve backend workflow efficiency.
• Develop reusable components and triggers.
• Review system logs to identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with backend teams on data schemas.
