Job summary

Med Clinic X is a healthcare technology company delivering secure digital health platforms and cloud-based IT infrastructure across the United States. We seek an IT Administrator to manage internal systems, cloud resources, and access controls for healthcare SaaS and digital health platforms.

You will ensure day-to-day IT operations, system uptime, and security while supporting teams and healthcare clients with technical issues and onboarding/offboarding procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, CS, or related field.
• Experience in IT administration, system administration, or helpdesk.
• Strong understanding of OS (Linux/Windows) and networks (DNS, DHCP).
• Experience configuring cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Good documentation and user access control troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal IT systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and availability.
• Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT tools.
• Ensure smooth operation of business-critical systems.
• Support healthcare SaaS platforms and internal tools.
• Assist teams with technical issues and troubleshooting.
• Maintain access control for users and systems.
• Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding of users.
