Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc is hiring a Customer Service Technician I to load and deliver medical equipment, educate customers on usage, and ensure accurate documentation for billing and compliance. The role supports a 24/7 schedule with a focus on safe transportation and excellent service at the point of delivery.

The job requires a HS diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and basic computer skills. Prior hospital experience is helpful, with lifting up to 75 pounds and long periods of

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold a current, valid, unrestricted driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Have customer service experience; prior hospital experience is helpful.
• Basic computer skills required; willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods; physical stamina required.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers.
• Retrieve equipment from customer locations and transport back to the office.
• Educate customers on features and functionality of equipment during delivery.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
