Job summary

Arjo seeks a Customer Service Field Specialist in Mesa, AZ to deliver and service medical equipment for hospitals and healthcare facilities across the Phoenix area. You’ll orient clinical staff, build strong customer relationships, and ensure precise documentation while operating a 20-foot box truck and maintaining vehicle readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, delivery, or field service experience.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a 20-foot box truck.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor Arizona environment.
• Schedule based on customer demand; may include afternoon shifts and weekends.
• Willingness to travel, including training in San Antonio, TX and nationwide travel.
• Travel by commercial air for business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities across the Phoenix area.
• Provide basic equipment orientation and support to clinical staff.
• Build strong relationships through professional, responsive customer service.
• Ensure accurate delivery, pickup, and service documentation.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Load, unload, clean, inspect, and disinfect equipment to Arjo safety and quality standards.
• Operate a 20-foot box truck safely and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance.
