Arjo seeks a Customer Service Field Specialist in Mesa, AZ to deliver and service medical equipment for hospitals and healthcare facilities across the Phoenix area. Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, delivery, or field service experience.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a 20-foot box truck.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor Arizona environment.
• Schedule based on customer demand; may include afternoon shifts and weekends.
• Willingness to travel, including training in San Antonio, TX and nationwide travel.
• Travel by commercial air for business needs.

What You’ll Do

A Day in the Life

You’ll start your day at our Mesa service center, load your route, and travel locally to healthcare facilities. Throughout the day, you’ll interact with nurses and hospital teams, deliver and set up equipment, answer questions, and ensure everything meets their needs.

No long-haul routes. No overnight travel. Home every day.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service, delivery, or field service experience
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Must have a clean driving record
• Ability to operate a 20-foot box truck
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor Arizona environment
• Schedule based on customer demand; may include afternoon shifts and weekends
• Ability to travel , including:
• One week of training in San Antonio, TX
• Additional travel opportunities to support service centers nationwide
• Travel by commercial air for business needs
