Job summary

Good Samaritan Society, Mountain Lake, MN, seeks an Environmental Services Technician for a part-time, day-shift role. You will maintain cleanliness and safety in patient and resident areas, following infection-control guidelines. Expect 15 weekly hours with potential overtime depending on needs.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (preferred) and prior cleaning experience. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential; training on equipment and safety will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum six months housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to use computer and prior cleaning experience is helpful.
• Knowledge of materials, equipment, cleaning methods and cleaning chemicals is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment in patient/resident rooms and common areas.
• Clean floors, restrooms, lobbies, and other areas per infection-control guidelines.
• Operate cleaning equipment and utilize appropriate protective gear.
• Assist in laundry areas as appropriate and report supply needs.
