Job summary

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Ability to follow basic oral/written instructions in English.
• Preferred: healthcare environmental services training (MacDonald Training Center).

Responsibilities

• High touch surface disinfection and cleaning.
• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, exam rooms, nurse stations, and common areas.
• Handle and dispose of medical waste and sharps following safety precautions.
• Use appropriate chemicals and equipment for each task.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Occasionally travel to off-site locations.
• Report facilities/maintenance issues to supervisor.
