Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment in patient/resident rooms and common areas.
• Empty waste baskets, sweep, scrub, wax, or polish floors and clean areas as assigned.
• Assist in the laundry areas when appropriate and use cleaning chemicals safely.
• Wear proper protective equipment and follow infection control guidelines.
• Work hours may include weekends and holidays depending on location.
