Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates Environmental Services staff daily.
• Ensures safety, infection control guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Manages scheduling, staffing, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintains inventory and equipment, and oversees quality of cleaning.
• Works rotating shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Acts as coach and mentor to department staff.
• Coordinates with managers for construction-related activities.
