Formación

• Associate Degree or higher preferred
• 1-2 years of related experience in the profession required
• 1-2 years of previous leadership experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Supervises environmental services staff, ensuring proper cleaning techniques, procedures, and safety standards are followed throughout the facility.
• Identifies and implements the most effective and efficient procedures to deliver high-quality cleaning services.
• Conducts quality assurance inspections and follows up, documenting results and addressing deficiencies.
• Provides orientation and on-the-job training for new and existing employees.
• Monitors inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; ensures adequate stock and proper usage.
• Ensures compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborates with other departments to address cleaning concerns and align with cleanliness standards.
• Maintains records of procedures, staff performance, and quality control metrics for reporting.
• Maintains regular attendance and compliance with policies.
