Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, part of Compass Group USA, seeks an Environmental Services Manager for the 1st shift in Lexington, KY. You will direct and coordinate the department's support services, working as liaison between administration and units to provide high-quality service.

Responsibilities include staffing plans, hiring and training, conducting inspections, and monthly reporting on goals and plans. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; 4+ years in related roles and supervisory experience are

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a high-contact service role.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the support services operational needs of the department.
• Coordinate frontline associates and liaise between administration and units.
• Establish and review standards and work procedures for staff.
• Plan staffing schedules and areas of work to ensure service levels.
• Hire, train, and develop supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conduct inspections and report goals and plans monthly.
• Provide staff education and ongoing training.
• Communicate with staff, administration and other departments.
