Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Operations Manager overseeing Linen and Custodial services for Cooper Medical Center in Camden, NJ. The role leads a 30-person team on second shift, reporting on-site to a General Manager, with a focus on safety, compliance and efficiency.

You’ll drive daily operations, staff development, and high standards to ensure clean, healthy, and welcoming environments in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3 years of management experience in environmental services or custodial operations.
• Experience leading frontline teams in healthcare settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee frontline teams to deliver safe and compliant environmental services.
• Manage daily operations, guide team development, and allocate resources.
• Evaluate performance, conduct pay reviews, and support hire/fire decisions.
• Collaborate with departments to enhance service delivery at Cooper Medical Center.
