Sodexo is hiring a Training Manager to support environmental services at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ. This hands-on leadership role will drive engagement through effective orientation and training, with local travel between units.

You will oversee frontline teams to deliver high standards prioritizing safety, compliance, and efficiency, manage daily operations, guide development, and participate in performance decisions.

Sodexo is hiring a Training Manager to support environmental services at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ. We are the leading academic health system in the south Jersey region. Some local travel between units within the account.

This hands on Training Manager role will drive engagement of Sodexo employees through effective technical and managerial orientation and training. Will require passing a Drivers License verification.

About the job

In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee frontline teams to deliver exceptional environmental services that prioritize safety, compliance, and efficiency. You’ll manage daily operations, guide team development, and help maintain high standards that create clean, healthy, and welcoming environments.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $67405 per year - $87230 per year
