Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Operations Manager for ECU Roanoke-Chowan Hospital in North Carolina. This hands-on leadership role oversees frontline teams to deliver safe, clean, and welcoming environments, with Day Shift and occasional 2nd Shift coverage.

You will manage people, set direction, deploy resources, and participate in performance reviews while building a culture of compliance, quality, and continuous improvement across the account.

Qualifications

• Experience leading environmental services teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in facilities operations.
• Strong multi-tasking with ability to meet deadlines and drive results.
• Clear, confident communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with custodial tools, processes, and operations systems.
