Yona Solutions in Magnolia, AR is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to plan, direct, and optimize the housekeeping and laundry operations in a skilled nursing facility. You will coordinate staff, ensure cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance to support high-quality resident care.

This leadership role requires scheduling, budgeting, training, and quality assurance, with a focus on resident and staff satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Healthcare housekeeping supervision experience desired.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires and orients housekeeping, laundry and related staff.
• Trains workers in housekeeping, laundry and floor care procedures.
• Plans, organizes, directs and supervises department functions.
• Evaluates quality of work and maintains sanitary environment.
• Plans staff schedules and staffing levels to ensure adequate service.
• Manages supplies, chemicals and equipment purchases.
• Maintains records including inventory, compliance and payroll/expenses.
• Conducts management meetings and coordinates with other departments.
• Monitors budget and cost-effective operations.
• Ensures survey readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains resident, visitor and staff relations.
• Participates in facility meetings and committees.
• Promotes professional growth and development of the team.
• Performs QA rounds and reports initiatives and outcomes.
• Supports resident satisfaction initiatives and daily duties as needed.
