Job summary

Yona Solutions, a skilled nursing facility in Minnesota, is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to lead the housekeeping and laundry operations. You will coordinate staff across departments to ensure a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and coworkers.

You will plan, organize, and direct department activities, supervise quality, manage inventory and records, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining resident

Qualifications

• Four year college degree and equal related experience strongly desired; high school diploma/GED required.
• Two years experience in housekeeping services in a healthcare environment and personnel supervision is desired.
• Proficient in Windows-based office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires and orients housekeeping, floor care, and laundry staff.
• Trains workers in housekeeping, laundry, and floor care procedures and equipment.
• Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and supervises department activities.
• Supervises and evaluates quality of work completed by department employees.
• Maintains an environment that is sanitary, attractive and orderly.
