Yona is hiring an Environmental Services Manager to lead the housekeeping and laundry departments in a skilled nursing facility in Maryland. You will plan, organize, and direct operations, ensuring clean, safe, and sanitary conditions and compliance with federal, state, and local standards, while supporting staff development and resident satisfaction.

The role requires a four-year degree or equivalent healthcare supervisory experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related healthcare management experience required.
• Experience supervising housekeeping staff in healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to work all shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires and orients housekeeping, floor care, and laundry staff.
• Trains workers in housekeeping, laundry, and floor care procedures and operation of equipment.
• Directs and coordinates department functions to ensure clean, safe, and sanitary environments.
