Advocate Health Cabarrus Environmental Services is hiring for a 2nd shift supervisor in Concord, NC. This full-time role requires 40 hours per week, with a 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 11:30pm and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of institutional housekeeping required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates and directs routine and non-routine Environmental Services operations for assigned area or shift.
• Orients and trains assigned teammates.
• Prepares schedules and resolves work-related staffing issues.
• Performs environmental service assignments.
• Prepares, processes or maintains records, reports, forms and other documents.
• Assumes responsibility for the operation and care of the departmental equipment used by assigned teammates.
