The Plaza Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our environmental services department, ensuring clean, safe, and sanitary conditions throughout the facility.

Responsibilities include leading ES staff, developing schedules, performing regular inspections, and managing special projects such as deep cleaning and equipment maintenance. Strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks are required.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in environmental services, healthcare, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of environmental services staff members.
• Ensure that all areas of the facility are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement special projects, such as deep cleaning and equipment maintenance.
• Provide guidance and support to staff members as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of cleaning schedules, inventory, and maintenance.
