Job summary

Parkridge Medical Center is seeking an Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate to maintain cleanliness in accordance with leadership expectations. The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and professional appearance while supporting patient experience initiatives.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 1+ year in healthcare and/or housekeeping/service fields preferred, and a commitment to cost-effective, high-quality cleaning practices.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent. Preferred
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare Preferred
• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service related field Preferred

Responsibilities

• Adhere to expectations around safety and sanitation.
• Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all time
• Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Identify under-serviced and/or unserviced areas and how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to add efficiency and effectiveness around the center.
• Correctly utilize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste.
