Job summary

Parkview Health is seeking an Environmental Services associate to maintain a clean and safe hospital environment. You will work as part of a team or individually to clean offices, exam rooms, restrooms, and patient care areas, using specialized equipment and chemicals.

You will adhere to all policies and procedures, communicate clearly with staff, patients, and visitors, and support a wide range of cleaning tasks, including potential floor care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Clear communication with coworkers, staff, patients, and visitors.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push up to 300 lbs.
• Willingness to work rotating weekends and assigned holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, exam rooms, public areas and restrooms, ancillary areas, patient care rooms, and/or complete special projects.
• Utilize specialized equipment and cleaning chemicals.
• Follow departmental and hospital-wide policies and procedures and SOPs.
• Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, families, and staff.
