Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily occupied and discharge cleaning and disinfection of patient care areas, equipment and common areas.
• Demonstrate knowledge of healthcare cleaning/disinfecting principles and safe chemical handling.
• Maintain cleaning carts, supplies and equipment; manage waste streams per procedures and regulations.
• Follow infection prevention practices including PPE use and hand hygiene.
