Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Pursuit of a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university is required.
• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and profile enterprise datasets to support data quality initiatives.
• Assist in data governance activities and policy development with stakeholders.
• Support master data management projects across healthcare datasets (Prospects, Leads, Healthcare Practitioners, Organizations).
• Develop reports and recommendations to improve data quality and governance.
• Collaborate with data management teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners to implement improvements.
• Participate in strategic data governance and master data initiatives under mentorship.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree
