Highmark Health is offering a Summer 2027 Enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst Graduate Internship to help develop the next generation of data professionals. Interns will gain exposure to cloud-based data platforms, data governance, and enterprise data management within a leading healthcare organization.

The program emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across data management, analytics, and architecture.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Pursuit of a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university.
• Fields include Data Analytics, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics or related.
• Demonstrated effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and profile enterprise datasets to support data governance and MDM initiatives.
• Evaluate data quality dimensions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to support data management policies and reporting.
• Develop reports and recommendations for governance decisions.
• Participate in strategic data governance and master data initiatives across the organization.
