Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in health insurance call center environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with members, applicants, providers, and agents by telephone.
• Resolve inquiries and document member interactions in electronic systems.
• Assist with CMS/ACA guidance and ensure compliance and accuracy in processes.
