Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in health care or customer/provider services, including state/federal programs.

Responsibilities

• Meets enrollment goals monthly/quarterly/annually.
• Facilitates calls to interview and assist potential members with enrollment.
• Interviews at community sites and educates on plan options and documentation.
• Guides applicants through the enrollment process and required disclosures.
• Assists with premium payments and plan/ PCP selection.
• Submits applications per state requirements and Molina guidelines.
• Travels locally for outreach events and community partnerships.
