CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Informatics (Encounter Technical Analyst) to analyze and document business data and processes, conduct root cause analysis, and create reports to support business needs in claims and encounters data.

The role requires SQL proficiency, data warehouse experience, and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree and healthcare industry experience are preferred, with full-time hours and a typical 40-hour week.

Formación

• 1+ years of analytical experience with SQL.
• Experience in a data warehouse environment and with large data sets from multiple sources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present information to varied audiences and collaborate across teams.
• Claims/Encounters experience in healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Write SQL queries and reports for data trends or anomalies.
• Identify and implement system enhancements to support business goals.
• Develop and prioritize system updates; execute test scripts and report outcomes.
• Write/modify queries, interpret results, and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
