Qualifications

• Undergrad degree in HR, business or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in healthcare, clinical coordination, academia, workforce development or related field preferred.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong organizational, project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaises between the health system and academic institutions to manage student clinical experiences.
• Supports workforce strategy initiatives and strengthens partnerships with academic partners.
• Manages student and instructor onboarding processes and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of the St. Tammany Academic Center.
• Advises operational leaders, clinical educators, academic stakeholders, and students to promote a high-quality learning environment.
